This website is operated by Precision AI Technologies Private Limited, a computer vision engineering company based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India ("Precision AI", "we"). By using precisionai.tech you agree to these terms.

What this site is

The site describes our services and lets existing clients pay invoices. Descriptions of services, timelines and metrics are information, not an offer. Any engagement is governed by the proposal, statement of work or agreement signed for it. If that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies.

Services and fees

Fees, scope, deliverables and payment schedule are set out in each client's agreement and invoices. Invoices are payable in the currency and by the date shown on them. Taxes are charged where the law requires.

Payments

Online payments are processed by third-party payment providers on their own pages. Their terms apply to the payment itself. We receive confirmation of the payment and the reference you enter; we do not receive your card number or bank login.

Footage and data you send us

If you send footage or data for evaluation, you confirm you have the right to share it. We use it only to prepare the evaluation or deliver the agreed work, and we delete or return it on request. Ownership stays with you unless an agreement says otherwise.

Intellectual property

The text, graphics and code on this site belong to Precision AI Technologies Private Limited. Ownership of work delivered to a client is defined in that client's agreement.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
